Kehua’s liners produced meet the API-7K standard. After many tests by our engineers at the drilling site, the service life of the designed liners is 20% longer than that of the peers.

Kehua has more than 30 years of liner production experience. The liners are mainly divided into: double metallic liners, zirconia ceramic liners, high frequency quenching liners, chrome plated liner, etc. Double metallic liner is our main product, it ‘s divided into outer sleeve and inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is made of forging or steel pipe, the inner sleeve is made by Kehua’s own centrifugal casting production line, we strictly control the chemistry of the inner sleeve ingredients, thereby improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of the cylinder liner, and the service life exceeds 850 hours under normal use conditions.

Our liners are designed for use in Bomco, Honghua, National, Gardner Denver, Emsco, Oilwell Russian and TCS lines of triplex drilling pumps.
